I looooove ruffles! Since the spring they have been a staple in my wardrobe. And it's funny because the other night on Project Runway, one of the contestants (can't remember his name) talked about how much he hated them. Well too bad, I love 'em!!!!!!
Found these shoes yesterday...cute right?!
So I've been dieing to make something with ruffles and have been playing with a few ideas and came up with these two journals.
Kind of soft and romantic I think.
This little one I made a while ago and just found it.
Husband is working, boys are playing and I am trying to squeeze in some playtime of my own right now!
Oh....the notebooks are listed in my shop.

REading your post I was thinking 'yes, I need a few ruffles in my wardrobe', and then I realised that actually, I've got quite a bit already. On a cardigan, another top and on several pairs of shoes, and I'm sure there must be other things if I rootle around. I didn't realise that I was drawn to them! They are so soft and feminine and add a nice touch to an outfit.

Your journals are wonderful!! You just reminded me that I have a wonderful wrap that is brown and has a ruffled edge to it. I have to dig it out because it's starting to get cool enough outside to wear now. : )

Our style is so similar it's ridiculous!!
& I'm in the middle of creating a million projects all with ruffles on them. The last girl to get kicked off project runway with the 2 ruffle dresses. Michael Kohrs I think it was talking about how horrible ruffles are. He's crazy! I will buy a ruffle dress any day! Love these new journals your offering.

It has been a while. Your blog looks great! I have always loved ruffles, they seems romantic to me. I found a cute ruffled skirt I have worn a couple of times this fall, the tops I may have to hit next year(makes a pregnant women look a little bigger & we don't want that:)!)
We should catch up one of these days.
