Better late than never!

As you can see I am a little behind on my blogging! Never seems to be enough time in the day! *sigh*. As always, my boys are really into getting dressed up for Halloween and I love that they do. I thought this would be the year that my 10 year old was going to tell me he wasn't dressing up anymore but as long as he was in camouflage he was happy!!!!!!!!

My youngest, for the past three months, was insisting that he was going to be Chucky for Halloween. Yes, that mean little doll Chucky from that horrible movie! I couldn't give in...just didn't seem right. I didn't even think they made a Chucky costume but when we went to the costume store he found it within seconds. I some how coaxed him into believing it was only made to fit teenagers and it worked. Right after he found this mummy costume and was thrilled. But he still keeps drawing pictures of Chucky....what's up with that?

My 8 year old loves to be something that stands out a little more. When he was younger he used to be so shy and would never do anything that would make him stand out or be noticed. Now he's the complete opposite!

As far as decorating went this year....it hardly went at all! I kept it very casual with a ot of white pumpkins, acorns, and some mice here and there.

Hope yours was a good one!

Cooollll costumes! On the first pic, I thought the one in the middle was just a yard decoration! Wow! And love your decor! Very elegant and yet, creepy! LOL. Been missing ya!

okay at first when i saw that mouse i though, "oh! poor woman," until i realized it wasn't real...seriously. i like your explanation that the costume was meant for teens, so obviously a younger boy would never want THAT. *big conspiratorial wink*

great pictures. I love white pumpkins, they're my favourite. Couldn't find any here this year though, in fact I think it's been about 4 years since I last saw them for sale.

:O)

What great costumes! I thought they were lawn ornaments at first!

Your fall decor is pretty and simple.

Those costumes were great! And I loved your decorations.

Girl, I know exactly the not enough time feeling. It seems like blogging and reading blogs takes a back seat for me. Not what I want at all.
