I was never really sure if frou-frou was technically a real word. Well, I looked it up and it is:\ˈfrü-(ˌ)frü\
1: a rustling especially of a woman's skirts
2 : showy or frilly ornamentation
I am so not a frou-frou kinda girl so I really don't know what happened here. But I started making some of these rosettes and was having a lot of fun with it. I'm pretty tempted to put one on my denim jacket!
I also found some neat little frou-frou snowballs that I think will look cute as bowl fillers for the holidays!
